The Prototal Group is in a strong growth phase, driven by both acquisitions and organic growth. Over the past 12 months, most acquisitions in the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian markets have been completed. The ambitions are now to continue to expand outside our Nordic market in order to establish a leading position in Europe.
Prototal’s strong growth ambition to grow both organically and through company acquisitions in a more international market place new demands on the company’s group management.
To enable the company’s growth journey, a change is now being made in the Group’s management. Jan Löfving has been appointed new CEO of Prototal Industries AB. Jan comes most recently from Quant AB, where he was European Manager and has a long and broad experience of working in an international environment.
Prototal’s current CEO, Henrik Lundell, is taking on a new role as marketing director to focus on the company’s organic growth.
Jan and Henrik will take up their new roles on October 1, 2020
